Copenhagen post-punk band, Communions is back with a new single. Featuring the bands gritty signature guitar riffs and frontman Martin Rehof’s distinctive, airy vocal, the tune is a perfect soundtrack for a sun-kissed summer. About the song, Rehof himself expains on the band’s facebook page: “This song is the first of many that have to do with living in the city. For me the song has a life-affirming energy. It’s sort of about committing to your present surroundings and letting go of negative things that keep you from getting what you want”

‘Don’t Hold Anything Back’ is the lead track from Communions’ new 7″, out 16th September on Fat Possum Records. The cover art was made by artist Tea Palmelund and represents a map over Copenhagen
